If the doctor finds that medical weight loss could be right for you, you can take some time to think it over. You still haven't paid anything. If you choose to become a member, you get a personal plan for food and physical activity based on the doctor's assessment.
Once you've started the medication, you use the Ebba Health app to follow your weight journey, see your personal plan day by day, chat with Ebba and book new appointments with our medical team. Beyond regular follow-ups with them, our AI coach Ebba is available around the clock with advice, support and motivation.
When you've reached your weight goals and phased out the medication, we recommend switching to a maintenance phase so your new habits get the time they need to settle. That matters for long-term results.

The AI support is designed to help you with food, exercise, motivation and everyday habits. It is not a medical tool and makes no medical decisions. ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI tool. Ebba is a digital clinic where AI is one of several tools, not the service itself. The main difference is the context. At Ebba, the AI support is one part of your care: your doctor makes the medical assessment and decides on your treatment, separately from the AI support. The AI support helps you between visits with everyday questions about food and exercise, based on what you choose to share in the app. The AI support makes no medical decisions, does not prescribe medication and does not replace your doctor. For medical questions or acute symptoms, you are always referred to a qualified healthcare provider.
This is where you manage your whole journey: track progress, see your profile, get personal plans, chat with Ebba and book or change doctor appointments.
