Ebba is a digital health clinic. The medical part of your weight journey is managed by a licensed physician. In between checkups, your personal AI coach is there to support you around the clock, any time you need it.
Your weight loss journey
You start by sharing some basic information about yourself and your current health status. This gives you a tentative indication of whether medical weight loss might be the right option for you. There are no fees or charges at this point.
Before your free medical consultation, we help you run through a health check. This prepares the doctor for your conversation, and helps them understand your situation. That's why this is an essential step to get the most out of your meeting.
During your medical consultation, your doctor runs through the results of your health check, and answers any questions you might have about the treatment. If your doctor decides that you might benefit from weight loss medication, this will become part of your health plan.
The meeting with the doctor is free of charge, and you’re not committing to anything. If you don’t want to proceed with treatment, that’s no problem, and you won’t pay anything.
If you and your doctor decide to proceed with treatment, you start a subscription with Ebba. Based on the doctor’s assessment, and your everyday routines, we’ll create plans for meals and physical activity. You find your plans in the Ebba mobile app. If anything in your day-to-day life changes, we’ll help you adjust the plans so they fit your needs. There’s always the flexibility to change and adapt as you go along.
Connect with your personal AI coach Ebba as often as you like. Ask questions, get inspiration, and get your food and activity plans adjusted when you need it. Ebba is always at hand. The more you share about yourself, the better Ebba can customise its recommendations to your needs and preferences.
The AI coach does not replace your doctor. You’ll be doing regular follow-ups with your doctor to make sure the medical treatment is beneficial for you. The AI coach is your everyday support between doctor’s appointments.
Is Ebba right for you?
Weight loss medication is available to two groups in Sweden.
BMI 30+
If your BMI is over 30, medical weight loss may be a suitable method. It's always the physician who decides whether medication is the best way for you to lose weight.
BMI 27+
If you have a BMI over 27 and weight-related conditions (such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or sleep apnea), you may need medication to lose weight. The prescribing doctor always makes the final decision.
What we offer
